Moving outlook.pst
FIRST: SYNCHRONIZE YOUR PALM PILOT OR TREO!
SECOND: MAKE SURE OUTLOOK IS NOT OPEN!

Outlook
stores everything in "outlook.pst" The problem is finding it!
Open
“My Computer”
Open “Local Disk (C:)”
Click on “Tools”, “Folder Options”, “View”.
Check “Show hidden files and folders”
Uncheck “Hide Extensions for known file types”
Click “OK”
Open
“Documents and Settings”
Open
"your folder" (unknown what it is called. You will have to
explore with this one!)
Open “Local Settings” – If you do not see this
folder, repeat steps 2 - 6.
Open “Application Data”
Open
“Microsoft”
Open
“Outlook”
You should see “outlook.pst”
Click "Edit", "Select All" to highlight all files
in this folder
Click "Edit", "Cut"
Close everything and open “My Documents”
Create a folder called “Outlook DO NOT DELETE”
(How? “File”, “New”, “Folder”)
Open this new folder.
Click "Edit", “Paste”
Close
everything.
Open Outlook
You will get a message that it can’t
find outlook.pst. Browse to “My Documents” and the folder you
just created “Outlook DO NOT DELETE”
Choose the outlook.pst file.
Outlook should now be open with all your information!
