Some assumptions:
Find
the hotsync icon by your clock (It's the red
and blue circle with arrows):
You
should see something like this:
You need
to change "Calendar, Contacts, Tasks and Memos"
only!
Change each one (Calendar, Contacts, Tasks and Memo's) to "desktop overwrites handheld". DO NOT CHECK "set as default"! By doing this, it will only sync this way one time! When this is done, sync your Palm / Treo. You will get a message that says "this may cause duplicates". Click "OK". You won't get duplicates because you are overwriting what is on the Palm / Treo. This is ok, because you did a hotsync prior to moving the outlook.pst file!
