Open "Spybot Search & Destroy" Click on the box "Search for Updates" Check all the boxes for updates Click the box "Download Updates" Your computer should be going out and downloading the updates. There will be a green check mark if this was successful. It if does not download, change the server you are downloading from (second box at the top). Now that you have the "updates", you have to "immunize". Click on the "Immunize" shield on the left hand side. It will say something like "9364 bad products already blocked, 723 additional protections possible. Please immunize" Click "OK", then click on the "+ Immunize" button at the top of the page. It should now say something like "10087 bad products are now blocked" Click on the "Search and Destroy" button on the left hand side top. Click on the "Check for problems" button at the top. It will now start scanning your computer for problems. Anything it finds...FIX!
